catchingtoast, or Leslie, is a queer illustrator and visual development artist based in Los Angeles. They have an affinity for making cute things, painting food, and sharing their fictional worlds through their work! Leslie's practice consists of digital and traditional illustrations, zines, animation and more. All of their works ranges from introspection and darker themes to wholesome scenes and sharing fun facts about plants and fruit. However, every piece shares a warm, tactile feel through the use of textures and playful colors alongside charming imagery.
